Privacy and Policy

1. Its completely forbidden to keep cash, check, gift voucher, prizebond etc inside the document while sending it through our courier service.
2. Sender must provide our company all the necessary information required by the police or customs. In case of loss faced by the company becuase of fake or misleading information about the consignment provided by the sender, the sender must bear all the demrages.
3. Sender is solely responsible for all the information mentioned in consignment note.
4. Consignment will be considered as delivered appropriately if its delivered to the person authorized by the sender. And there should not be any complain as it was delivered according to the contract.
5. In case of any loss becuase of unavaoidable accident While carring parcels/documents, company is not bound to provide demarage to the sender, reciever or others.
6. Company is not responsible for any outlaw activities by the sender. Apart from this, Company will not bear any loss that is beyond its capacity.
7. Company will use any form of transportation to deliver the parcel in quickest possible time.
8. Company will not take any responsibilities if it delays to deliver the parcels/documents because of unavoidable circumstances such as hartal, strike, car break down etc.
9. Company will not be responsible if any demange happend inside the parcels.
10. Company will not take any responsibilities if parcels get damaged because of natarul disaster, accident, fire and other unncessary circumstances.
11. Company might investigate the parcels/documents while accepting it from the sender or giving it to the receiver.
12. Delivere Reciep will be stored for two(2) month since booking.
13. Sender/Receiver will not be able to make any complain/claim after thirty(30) days since booking.
14. In case of any damaged while receiving the parcel, sender has to inform the company instantly. No complain/claim will be acceptable after that.
15. Company will bear the demarage if any loss happend because of company's neglegence.
